An Invitation for New Visitors to Take Part in York Castle Museum Research for New Chocolate Experience

Chocolate – What’s your experience?
The Marketing and Communications team at York Museums Trust are looking for help with some visitor research.
To improve visitor experience and new displays at York Castle Museum, the team will be hosting creative feedback sessions on both Tuesday 30th May and Wednesday 31st May to hear your thoughts and suggestions.
The team are looking for participants who have not visited the museum before. We are looking for couples aged between 45 and 60, participants aged 60+, families with children aged 5-15, and international visitors.
If you are able to help us – we will arrange for you to attend one creative feedback session at York Castle Museum and to visit the museum beforehand.
12 guests will attend each session and the discussion/workshop will last approximately 90 minutes.
As a thank you for participating, we’ll offer you a free YMT Card.
Session times on each day will be either 10:30am to 12noon or 2pm to 3:30pm. We hope you’ll be able to help us.
