During the event, museum staff will put the lights on full and turn off all the sound effects to provide a a less overwhelming environment. Visitors will still be able to see all the galleries, but there will be no dark areas and no sudden sounds. There is seating provided around the museum and a quiet space will be available suitable for autistic visitors.
